    Linus Pauling proved that pop tarts are good for you??? I think you jest. How can a sandwich of cardboard and fake jam be good for you?

    Of course, taste is subjective. Perhaps you like the taste of cardboard and fake jam, and if such be the case, that is your right in a free country.
