Pretty funny. These officers do a good job. I think they drive in "regular" lanes with the undercover car. I got pulled over once and had no idea where he came from. As soon as I stopped, he realized my Clean Pass sticker and apologized to me on the loud speaker.

LOL, I read the article. I bet there are more lifelike dummies that don't get caught. The bright yellow skin was a dead giveaway...

 

Women who drive alone at night have done this for security. It was inevitable it would be used for illegal HOV lane driving.
