I ordered these painted mouldings along with the clear vinyl matts from toyotapartsnow. He also sells the same stuff on e-bay for less then he does for phone orders. Great guy to deal with and the mouldings are easy to apply... Just follow the included directions.
The vinyl clear matts are great too. I put them right over the Prius matts and it's also very nice to have a cargo matt protecting the tan interior. They fit perfectly and shipping on these items were combined to reduce total shipping cost.
    Very happy with these items,

Could somebody post or link a good closeup picture? I'm one of those go-to-the-back-of-the-parking-lot-behind-the-mall-then-keep-going-and-it's-the-car-with-the-orange-cones-around-it kind of people, but extra protection never hurts.

Dependent on price, as always, I'd probably be interested in a set for a Millenium Silver.

    8) I had Body Side Mouldings installed from the first "group buy" (Eddie Bell - ToyotaPartsNow). The then cost was $89.00 including shipping and my dealer's body shop installed them FREE. The color match was perfect. As I recall the "non-group" price at that time was $119.00 plus $6.00 shipping.

The MPG hit and wind resistance is negligible. The mimimal ding protection is well worth the investment.

Is the accelerator needed? The instructions included with the moulding does not mention its use.

The accelerator is not needed. It is useful if the vehicle surface is not very clean. It promotes adhesion. It is not necessary if there is no dirt or wax on the vehicle.

You did a fine job on the install. I am still amazed at how well the moldings look. Great Job! :D
