Is there any way to swap a bladder with an actual tank? Increased capacity would be incredible.

I am pretty regularly getting 600 miles from a tank in the summer.

I see your 650 miles out of a tank and raise you 623 miles from my 2008 Prius Tspirit a.k.a. “The Spaceship”

That's amazing! Almost 1,000km. I haven't broke that yet. Closest I got was with my Gen 3 Prius at 951.1km

652.x miles completed on a single tank 18/09/19. Want to accept the challenge of 675 miles? N

    That's impressive.
I have found that my Gen 2 2005 Prius @ 205Kmiles gives best mileage @ 50MPH, but to only about 65MPG. If that's of any significance I'm in UK. I first noticed it when I was on highway mainatiance traffic lane where we have to drive like 5 miles in 50MPH. And when I was back at 70MPH the mileage dropped to below 50 MPG. I was also driving without any passenger and empty cargo. Since then wherever possible I always take the Dual carraigeways, usual cruising speed of 50MPH when planning for longer trips. I am guessing for a gen2 with its 1.5L engine , the sweet highway speed is at 55MPH. Above that I know it will suffer. And for for the Gen3 and above with 1.8L , i suspect the sweet spot highway is at 65mph.
I am really curious about the new Corolla Hybrid which is lighter than Prius but with the same 1.8L , the sweet spot could be at the UK standard 70MPH highway speed. And could it be the king of mileage.

The Corolla doesn't do as well due to its drag coefficient being higher.
