Anti theft cat shield in Europe \ Italy?

    It happened again. I'm going to need an anti theft plate, but since this fad is just beginning in Italy, I cannot buy local. Auto repair shops are just starting to get a few unlucky sobs like myself going in with this issue and nobody knows anything.
    What can you recommend that I can buy from EU or UK with shipment in Italy?

    I am getting desperate, either this or I'm going to need advice on how to reinforce my windshield for blood and body parts because I swerar to god I'm about to go on a killing spree.

    Cat shield is a waste of money, they will just cut the cat off and pull it out from the rear.
