    Profesional install .... I didn't want to risk drilling through my own roof hahahah.... and I'm pretty sure it's THULE .. I could be wrong might be Yakima ... I dono all I know is it works great .. no sound and all my stuff attaches to it

    This looks so good. I'm upset with Thule's customer service. They told me, "... we do not have a roof rack that would allow you to have a safe drive." What?

    Did the rocketbox pro 12 work out for you? I saw a review on the 14 with a photo and it seemed to work out good. I don't know if I should get the 12 or 14 or get something else. I like the claw that attaches to the bar on the rocketbox pro it looks much more secure.

    Don't be too frustrated with Thule they weren't lying. Whispbar is made by Yakima. Putting in a 2016 Prius C Two on Yakima's website says you need the following:


    Baseline Towers (set of 4) currently out of stock likely due to covid limiting production maybe
    BaseClip 135 (B10-1) currently out of stock
    BaseClip 179 (B43-1)
    and a set of bars which you have the following options to choose from:

    Jet Stream Bars, Core Bars, HD Bars( needs and adaptor), or Round Bars (needs an adaptor)

    I'm not allowed to post a website address but head to yakimas website and they explain the different bars very well. I doubt you could use the HD bars on a Prius since the bar load capacity of 500lbs likely far exceeds the roof capacity of a Prius.


    Once these parts come back in stock we will likely purchase this system with the black Jetstream bars for our Prius C


    I like the suggestion somebody had of painting a roof box the same color as the car that would look awesome! Although Tangerine Splash Pearl may be an expensive paint to find and would probably need to be sprayed with a base color coat then the pearl then a clear

    This is the system I want to get for our C with the Jet Stream bars but they are still out of stock of both clips! I also thought it would be awesome to paint the box the same color as the car and have Tangerine Pearl Splash and it would be a veryyyyy difficult diy paint job. It would be best to spray it and you'd have to find the base coat and pearl coat separately. I have only ever seen 1 other one. I mostly see the more reddish orange Prius Cs
