Any seat covers yet ?

Hi All,

So I messed up and got the moonstone seats in my prime. Due to the work I do with the car, this was a poor choice on my part. If your interested in swapping your black with my moonstone, let me know.

Since, that's not happening any time soon, I guess I should look for seat covers. As of now, Feb 2017, no one is making reasonable seat covers for the Prime. Anyone find some ? A second alternative is if there is a seat that is similar to the Prius Prime...Maybe the Rav 4 ??

Any help is more than welcomed.

Found some seat covers. Not pet covers similar to the WeatherTech, but real ones that are made to fit the Prius Prime.

Base trim packages are full leather faced on both front bucket seats and leather in the rear bum and lower back of the rear seat only. The Premium trim level increases the rear seat leather content to full face on all main seating to match the front and 100% leather contains no vinyl. These are NOT seat covers, but are replacement upholstery for your seats. Yes they have vents for air-bags and will fit EXACTLY like your stock seats. If your seats block the rear battery vents, these will also.

 

I pulled the trigger and installed leather seat upholstery in my Prime Plus. Went with the leather with perforations in the seat and back. Looks very stock. Think it does a good job of blending the color to the original "moonstone". As mentioned, these are not covers, these are replacement and will require knowledge of taking apart a seat. The seats will need to be removed to accomplish the installation.

Unrelated, but I also tinted the windows. 20% on all windows except the windshield. Yes Yes illegal, but looks very nice. Wanted to keep a consistent tint along the length of the car.

 

Use my car for work. It has my ladder, my tool bin, my crawl gear and helmet. In the front is my handy wipes, my BNI name tag, and my phone charger. Still looking for a place to mount the inverter to charge my tool's batteries. You would think the Prius would have one built in..
