Anyone done a lease

    Then it isn't really a lease. If the car is in your name you own it, therefore it is not a lease.

    Mercedes does something similar. After 3 years there is a balloon payment or you can just turn the car in. Not a lease though, its a loan.

    Do you deduct expenses for business? If so you should talk to an accountant before doing this because it will change what portion of the payments are tax deductible.
