Anyone have access to Techstream for proximity lock/unlock?

So I was watching some Japanese videos for the Gen 5 Prius and came around this "hidden feature" one

It's in Japanese but if you use the auto translate the english seems pretty good.

Anyway, the person claims there's a feature that can be activated to lock/unlock the car by simply approaching the car and walking away. No more touching of the handle. Carista doesn't seem to have updated for the Gen 5 Prius yet so it seems Techstream is the only way to check. Anybody happen to have one and can check?
