Anyone in bay area have a Mini VCI Cable + TIS?

    Got a key I want to program for my 2015 prius c. Instead of ordering it online if you already have it and are in the bay area would love to either buy it off you or borrow it if possible. Already have the key just need to get cable. Was gonna order it off ebay but if you have one and aren't using it would love to grab it.
