If you want to know with 100% certainty, the part number is on the back of your current MFD. Get a replacement unit with that part number and you can't go wrong.

If you are interested in trying, I was able to replace the touchscreen on my MFD for about $20. When you go to remove the air vents to remove the MFD, be sure to pull them straight out toward the back of the car, there is a retainer on top and bottom of the curved vent assembly and if you did like I did and pull the bottom out and lift up it can crack the top (the part you see), so it is important to pull straight out and take your time. Youtube videos show them being ripped out, but that is just the force it takes to pop the retainer loose at top and bottom, you have to be careful with them since the plastic is so fragile. So work the top loose first if you can.
