Anyone noticed MPG difference after oil change?

    Of course if a dealer changed the oil, they may have let some air out of the tires.

    I almost forgot about this thread. I never saw a difference myself. The reason I asked, there is a scientific evidence that fresh oil increases friction and wear compared to used oil. I was curious of anyone noticed a difference in prius. However, after a few condescending and smart aleck answers, I lost interest in this thread.

    Maybe we should open a thread on any increased correlation between Prius owners and smart aleck comments? My un-scientific observation would seem to indicate the correlation.... :)
