Are the 2007 Prius any good driving on snow?

    Swi66- I had hydro edge by Michelin on my 06 CRV that I sold in order to purchase my 06 Prius. I ran them at 40-44lbs and found them a bit on the noisy side. Good traction thou. I am going to try and get buy with the Integrity tires for this winter. I have not heard anything good about these tire so far. I find them OK for present conditions however.:D H

    I tried 42-40 on the Prius.........way to hard with the hydro edge.
    But I was running that pressure in the Integrity's.
    The hydro's had too much bounce at that pressure.

    running 35-33 now in the hydros

    I have a 2008 Gen II w/Nokian tires which are terrible in snow, plus they wore out at 24k miles causing the Prius to hydroplane. I'm hoping some Goodyear Assurance ComfortTreds will do better. They are going on the Prius one hour from now.
