I'm using Firefox and when I scroll-down the PC threads, a new tab opens with scantly clad women promoting updates. I close the tab and PriusChat works ok, until I scroll-down again.

Has Dan found another way to push ads ???

What updates? What ads? And especially, what scantily clad women?

Maybe I have FireFox so restricted with security plugins that all those get blocked.

    Scantily clad women?
    Asian Dating Service?
I'm starting to think I'm not getting the full Prius Chat experience.

After several outbreaks of malware served up by the ads, I'm quite happy to not get the 'full experience'.

But note also that ads these days are often very personalized, based upon your history and Big Data's prejudiced pigeon-holing of your demographics and spending habits. That means each reader is likely being served up a different menu of ads.

At least, for those of you who still get ads. I originally blocked them to reduce congestion of my slow 'broadband' connection, and haven't been inclined to un-block them.
