Article about EV Charging

Good article with practical insights into the EV charging infrastructure. The first wave of charging stations seem to have been "just put them wherever you can!" For the second wave, some better focus would be in order. My thoughts would be:

• Put charging stations in every spot people park their cars at night (houses, condos, apartment building, overnight parking lots, hotels, etc)
• Put charging stations where people work

Do that and you've likely solved 75% of the EV charging issue.
