Sold As-is 2007 Prius without catalytic converter

My 2007 light blue Prius had its catalytic converter stolen recently. I live in the DC area and no longer need to drive much, so it doesn't seem to make sense for me to pay for the replacement. It was running well with about 163,000 miles, but has several cosmetic defects (big side dent, bumper cracked, peeling paint, etc.). I'm posting here to potentially sell as-is since maybe someone who knows a lot about Priuses could use its parts or be able to rehab it to proper working condition. I bought it new and have all the maintenance records. Model is 1224A. I've never replaced the hybrid battery, but the 12V is only 1 year old.

Must be able to come tow it from Washington DC. It technically can still drive, but is obviously VERY noisy and I think not legal to drive with out the catalytic converter.
