Jiffy Lube is actually amazingly competent at selling the proper 0w-20 oil for cars that call for it. They also stock the proper 5w-40 for the Euro cars and sell it to clients. At least that's what I observed at the Jiffy Lube when I drop off my used oil.

My other car is a 15-yer-old Jag XJ6L, and I learned via my Jag friends back when I owned an '89 XJ6 not to let these guys near an oil drain plug on a Jag. I'd rather take the time to get the car up on jackstands and slide under it, knowing i'm responsible for being sure the threads seat properly, it turns easily by hand, then takes a little snugging from my wrench.
