August 2006 MPG Averages

    Aug average is 48.9 MPG
    1627 miles 33.25 gal

    Prius is still getting better with only 2585 miles on the odo

    Had my Black Prius 2 weeks now....
    Total mileage driven is 1400+ now.
    First tank= 47.7 MPG
    Second Tank=50.7 MPG
    third Tank = 47.8 MPg.

    all would have been better but my wife drove some and the Gas pedal got worn out then as well as the first tank testing it out!

    GO PRIUS!!

    I will learn to drive this to 60+MPG real SOON!
