    Hi guys,
I have no idea if this is even the right place to post this, but basically I need some advice.
I've got a 2010 Prius i-Tech, and the touch screen on my stereo/Nav system whatever has stopped working. It literally worked one day, the next day, nothing.
I can dismiss the "I agree" page if I keep trying to find the "sweet spot" , so it's not completely dead which confuses me more.
Can the touch screen be fixed? Could it just be a loose wire behind the head unit maybe? My dealer was no help to me. They just wanted me to shell out the $5000 for a new head unit.
If it's not fixable, does anyone know where (in Australia, because I'm assuming the US model head unit won't work in mine) I can get a second hand unit? I've tried eBay and gumtree to no avail.

welcome! could be a bad solder point on the board, or just a loose wire. is there an electronics shop you can go to, or do you have salvage available?

Try a wrecker or alternatively find those android navi units on eBay. Just make sure it's for RHD. They front panel is different.

Salvage is turning up nothing but the base model stereo, don't want to go the aftermarket route, as I have the auto parking and everything reliant on the head unit.
I've found a few US spec Nav systems on eBay.
Would they even work with the Aus Prius?
