Australian Model - Coolant change & Fuel filter

I am about to tackle 160000 km service items for my 2007. I have found most things by searching the forums but not the cololant change for Aus/GB models.
1. Is there a procedure I have missed ? What is the volume of fluid actually needed?. manual says 5.3l + 2.7 for the Inverter.

2. The fuel filter + in-tank filter - I thought I had seen a write up on this but cannot find again.

3. Also need to change front pads & rotors. Do not think brakes have ever had a full bleed. I have VCI & Techstream. Is there a good writeup of this by anyone on the forums?.
