Backyard windmill leads to dispute at shore

I did get a good laugh from this article. I have a 10kW Bergey Excel located next to my house and occassionaly can hear it when outside. From the noise studies that are out there on residential units, they make less noise than a lilac bush. (http://www.awea.org/smallwind/toolbox2/factsheet_how_much_noise.html)

I will say that a 35' tower is pretty low for a wind generator.
