Battery fan relay location

    On 2003 Prius I have OBDII code 3077 which indicates battery fan trouble. The fan does not operate in place in the car , but does work on an external 12v source. The fuse is good . Seems to me the problem is in the relay or the wiring. I can’t find the relay. I have a diagram that puts it in the trunk above the left light assembly, it I don’t see anything that looks like a relay there.
    Any suggestions please?
