I went with our plugin 2013 to Greece for holiday

I kept the charge for the final part.
But the car did not enjoy the high Temps, so it did not allow me to use the battery to climb the hills. I did start a hybrid assistant monitoring and noticed the hv battery was between 42-44C
At 44 it would cut off energy delivery to low kw

I also noticed some groups were noticeably hotter. I will post the la old later

    That's a little warm.

Three things to consider if you haven't already.
    1. Don't be afraid to use the air conditioner on hot days. Gaining a couple mpg but cooking the battery isn't a fair trade.
    2. Make sure the battery air intakes are clear.
    3. Make sure the battery fans are clean. They are actually easier to access on the PiP than the one in a regular Prius.

Make sure Hybrid Assistant wasn't set to manually control the battery fans, tapping the fan icon changes the control mode.

    good points
A/C was on, it was like 33C outside so we would have cooked if not
hybrid assistant was not started, I just started it when I wanted to see what's wrong
Fan speed was on "3", I think that's the car automatic mode.
I clicked on it, i it turned on "A" mode, and the speed went to 6.
I think "A" means hybrid assistant automatic mode
