This reading is almost the same as mine on a 2013 plug-in. Dr. Prius is a nice app, but the 8 bars is such a strange division. The battery is made of 56 cells in series, so there should be 56 bars on a status display, everything else is unnecessary complicating things. There are no "blades" or modules or groups of cells, only 4 trays of 14 cells. As every other, well made Li-Ion BMS, all cells are monitored individually in the Prius plug in, so the BMS knows all 56 seperate voltages.
I measured all my cells once, by hand and they where perfect, all the same 3,57V.
Question remains: Which app shows all 56 cell voltages?
