BB code for Mouse-overs?

Can this forum handle code for mouse-over pop-ups within the threads? I don't know exactly what the code is, but I guess it's the same that is used at the bottom of the topic pages -- under "X users are reading this topic" -- where placing the pointer over a username pops up "reading" or "responding."

I was just wondering if this could be done for certain abbreviations and terms used often, like MFD and keyfob. That way, all those new members that will be joining shortly after they take delivery on Jan 1st will know what we're all posting about.

Anyone know how to do this?
