    Unfortunately, DH and I will have to bow out this time.

    A trip to Vancouver is generally a two-day thing for us, and DH must report to work early Monday morning (just starting back on light-duty, half days). There's no way that I can see us getting home any earlier than 10pm Sunday night. With his pain levels, that long of a trip will wipe him out for two days, as well.

    Actually is a combination. He is recovering to a point where he can start doing some light duty things, and his job told him that if he doesn't start on Monday, they will assume he has quit.

    Naturally, light duty also means light duty pay *sigh*

    I am not sure how I missed this post all this time - I just saw it this am. Unfortunately it is too late for me get things together and arranged to attend this time, but I would like to attend next time. Sorry I am going to miss it.
