Bergen Co, NJ Area Dealers with great CS

    I'm looking for a good Prius dealership in the Bergen Co area, which could also include down state NY, other NJ counties, but not NYC, the 5 bourghs, or long island. Looking for the 2012 models or the PHV and a expertise in the Prius, not just 'selling' them, along with a great service area. Any input is appreciated.

    oh, I hope not. sure are plenty of Prii on the road around here. Somebody's got to chime in........

    Here's what I've found, my prius has been to all of these.

    Westchester Toyota: God Awful dont even think about it.
    Toyota of Rockland: Excellent been here a few times.
    Mamaroneck DCH Toyota: Excellent, place is tiny though (parking lot show room service area)
    Greenwich Toyota: Excellent, people here are very nice

    I do most of my service myself (oil change tire rotation etc) I only go to the dealers if its something big like when I did the inverter fluid, water pump recall, did the headlights once at Rockland, once myself.

    They all charge ridiculous labor rates (~99/hr)

    Thanks, I've heard good things about Rockland, but didn't know if they were good with Prius, and they're close. Anything on Prestige Toyota on Rt 17?

    when you say they were 'nice', what exactly do you mean. i 've been to plenty of nice service departments, but never to one who would do what i asked for and not try to sell me what i don't need.:)

    My mother in law is leasing her 08 Camry from them. I don't believe she's had any issues. No experience myself there though.
