There are several internet places to compare units and features. Here is one :

    https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=134

Amazon is a very good retailer and source of owner reviews. Read up on the different units and order what you really need. Now is an excellent time to comparison shop. Good luck. :)

Anyone have a GPS with Bluetooth built in?
    How's the quality?

I have a GARMIN 660 FM and all is working well. But since I'm the happy Prius's owner (a LUNA - Belgium -) I use the Prius Bluetooth built in.

GOOGLE MAPS with a data plan on your cell.

I need a data plan for my work emails, this complements.

I'm very pleased with my Garmin nuvi 750 (now discontinued).

I made a cup holder mount using a travel mug, a RAM flexible mount + cradle, and a RAM large adhesive disk (see photos). I put a plastic bag full of sand in the travel mug for ballast. I also put a couple of self-adhesive felt pads in the cup holder so the travel mug fits tightly.

This set up works really well. The GPS is easily reached by either driver or copilot. When I'm not using it, I remove the GPS and the flex mount as a unit. Since the base looks just like the travel mug that it is, there's nothing to suggest to a potential thief that I have a GPS.

We have a Garmin 765WT and it has the bluetooth. It is better than nothing but we typically use the Garmin in all other vehicles. The OEM bluetooth in the our '09 Prius is hard to beat.

Garmin 765T...very good BT as well as directions. I find it easier to use for directions than the Prius but, as just stated, the Prius BT works great.
