Best/Cheapest Source for OE (or Quality Aftermarket) Body Parts?

Hi Y'all,

Long-time lurker, first-time poster. I'm the main gearhead of my family, so I end up taking care of most auto-related tasks. In this case, it's my girlfriend's '09 Prius -- it was rear-ended, damaging the bumper cover, under-bumper foam, and left taillight. I'll be doing the R&R and my son will be doing the painting.

I am not opposed to used parts, but I haven't been able to find decent used parts locally. So, before I resort to buying used over the internet, what's the best/cheapest source to find OE (or OE-quality) parts new?

I did see the thread "2008 Front & Rear Bumper Replacement" from January 30th (sorry, can't insert links with my noob account), but I have not seen any other endorsements of this source/quality, plus other parts of the car need to be painted at the same time, thus my query.
