Would someone please answer my question?

QUESTION: Who makes the loudest Air Horn that can fit in a 2006 Prius?

Train Horns are not legal, but I would still install one if I could on the Prius.

I would rather be charged with a noise citation than be dead.

TRAINS HORNS WILL NOT FIT ON THE PRIUS UNLESS YOU FEELING LIKE DOING A MAJOR MODIFICATION THAT WILL A LOT OF TAKE TIME AND MONEY.

    THANK YOU.

STOP POSTING VIDEOS SHOWING PUNKS DRIVING AROUND BREAKING THE LAW AND DAMAGING PEOPLE'S HEARING FOR LIFE.

AIR HORNS DO THE JOB AND ARE LOUD BUT WILL NOT DAMAGE YOUR HEARING.

the nautilus says 139db at like 4". at 2 meters its 115. but anyway, air horns are usually painfully loud, I'm sure you can find one on ebay. its a little more involved because you have to mount the compressor too. I'd like to hear justdidit's opinion if the nautilus is definitely louder than a set of typical f150 or full size car horns. if it is I'm very tempted to get one. I've already got the relay wired in for a fiamm horn along with the oem horns, but its still not loud enough.

What is better? Air horn with a compressor that needs to be hooked up too, or one of those monsters with the little compressor looking thing built onto it no hoses involved? I'm going to shop Tonight and decide hopefully before I go to sleep

That... is not the Stebel Nautilus. I have it and its way louder than oem, its not this loud. It's also ~$50...what your looking for sounds about in the +$500 range. Check this site out: Train Horn Kits at Go Get Blasted : Get Noticed! Stand Out! Be Heard!

Hey... Justdidit how did you mount your horn? Looking to do this before the years over. I put one on my dads 3rd generation last night and had to make a custom bracket to mount it.

Fiamm is difficult to beat for the money. They are a quality product and a major upgrade from stock. Good luck.

Darn... Didn't think to try mounting it like that using the side vs the top hole that I used.
