Best place to get Paint matched Front bumper

    I don't think you have recourse with the seller, what he sold you is likely just as advertised. That's why Toyota would sell you a primed-only bumper. Bolted on pre-painted parts will always stand out, due to different paint batches, weathering and so on.

    I'd just keep going: get it repainted, and blend-in paint the adjacent fenders and hood.
