Recently replaced mine from the same source. The first one arrived dead but they replaced it without complaint. Only downside is I had to go through the steps to do it, twice. I also ignored the instruction sheet they sent, I knew from experience from going in to the traction battery (see my signature) that half of the steps they describe are unnecessary. However, one thing they suggested which I wouldn't have thought of and it turned out to be great - connect a battery charger to the *front* jumpstart connection under the hood to keep your settings while you remove the battery from the rear. Just be careful because the postive battery connection will remain live while you work.
