Best used Prius to buy? High miles newer or low miles older?

    the 2013 prius 109k mileage sold

    found another one Prius 2013 115k 8000$ from a dealership but with all "dealership fees" + taxes is basically 9600$ almost 10 000 $

    i found one that still drives but has the red triangle
    prius 2009 with 218k miles , but ONLY 1000 $ , should i buy it ?
    a local guy that fixes hybrid batteries said it will cost me 400-800$ to reman the battery
