some people have aded sound deadening mats to the inside body surfaces, but it is a bit of work, and won't do anything for air noise.

Yes, I was informed about those mats. Someone sent me a video and it is a lot of work and cost a lot :( I will need to save up for that and keep researching to see what an affordable solution will be. Thank you

Could be tire noise? Are the original tires still on the car, wearing down? Tires in general tend to get noisier as they age, very gradually.

Ignore the trolls. Prius' NVH is absolutely awful compared to any other car.

Before you go spending loads of time and money, you have to determine what kind of noise and where it's coming from. Is it high pitch whistling, or deep low rumbling? Front of the car, sides, underneath?

Do that and we can help with solutions.

Yes. to date engineers have not been able to meld luxury and economy to satisfy either group.
Prius is one of the most economical vehicles publicly available. It is in no way one of the most
    luxurious vehicles. ;)
I could compare luxurious ride with other cars I've driven, but non come close to prius for economy, reliability IMO anyways.

Huh? This must be related to putting a smiley sticker over the TMPS warning light but I'm still not quite getting it.

Maybe there's some screw holes on underside of side mirrors, and they whistle a bit at speed? I can see that. I seem to recall seeing circular clear stickers on similar holes, other cars.
