I've done a ton of reading on the subject around these forums and the web, and I think there are enough positive results to at least give it a try if you're burning oil. Seems like some folks don't have any change in their consumption but there are a lot of variables which could effect the outcome. Namely, how much carbon build up they may have had or how worn their rings may have already been. I think if the rings are caked then repeated flushes might bring better results, but if the rings were already worn than there's probably nothing one could do aside from replace them.

I've just started using the BG products myself and plan on monitoring my oil consumption very closely going forward to see if there's any change. Fingers crossed.

For reference, earlier this year I cleaned my EGR circuit then had my dealership do the fuel injector and de-carb service which I then followed up with running a can of BG 44K for a tank and a half. This made my car feel smoother and did increase my MPG but rapidly accelerated my oil burning so I figure there was a ton of blow by happening. Considering how quickly the oil was darkening though, I think it was removing a ton of build up from the combustion chamber and maybe around the rings and pistons. At this point my car is burning roughly a quart every 1200 miles. My original plan was to run all three products at my next oil change but rather than risk another rapid burning situation, I only did the EPR flush w/ MOA afterwards in the clean oil. What I'm thinking now is that I'll run BG 44K again just before my next oil change and then do EPR and MOA again, which should clean things up pretty nice. And I'll have more data about my oil consumption then too.

I proactively use all 3 products as well. 125k zero oil consumption.
