    Seems as though a bolt cutter could get through that chain fairly easily? Or are you thinking that would be difficult on the ground?

    how many time does it look like that chain would need be cut to unwrap it or get it off enough to cut the exhaust pipe under it.
    It looks kind of ingenious to me at first glance.

    There’s 2~3 more nut/bolt combos as it wraps. Not impenetrable, but maybe enough of a hassle to discourage them.

    I think it’d take an angle grinder too; hard to get a bolt cutter’s jaws on far enough? And the chain would jitter away from the angle grinder?
