Black Coated License Plate Screws

    I have a set of black Toyota OEM license plate screws that look like these. They came with the car:

    I just want to install clear license plate covers. However, the OEM screws are a little short by about 3/8" or so.

    I went to the local hardware store and bought stainless steel bolts screws. However, after a year, they have rusted heavily.

    Does anyone know where I can buy a set of black-coated (or rustproof) license plate screws for the Prius? I just want ones slightly longer than the OEM ones.
