bluetooth audio options

My "platform" is a base model 2015 PIP, but I would think
the problems I'm having would be found in other models.

iOS 6 itouch 4g - podcasts played thru the music app - the music app offers 0.5x and 2.0x speed
for podcasts, as well as 1.0 (default). Regular & half speed are audible thru the bluetooth
src in th Prius stereo. 2.0x is not - the podcast advances, but no sound is heard.

The app SpeedUp doesn't work at all, regular or any slow/fast speed.

Has anyone used one of the bluetooth broadcast adapters? If it worked, this might
solve my problem, allowing me to just go back to the controls on the itouch devices.
