Bluetooth no longer works. Prius v (lowercase v for the wagon) three (not III)

Same thing happening to me... My phone was connecting with no problems until about 2 weeks ago. Now I get the same symptoms; bluetooth connection in the car turns off and I can't turn it back on. I did a little searching online and found a post on an AT&T forum by someone with this problem. They said they uninstalled Netflix from their phone (?) and the connection stayed up. I tried it on my phone and the connection was successful and stayed available! But... that lasted only one day. Went out today and the connection kept failing. I'd like to know if the person who's having their head unit replaced is now successfully using bluetooth.

 

Am now having this issue in my boyfriend's 2015 Prius SD. The box is not swapping over to Bluetooth ON. It's stuck off. I have included a photo for reference.
