Bluetooth pairs but will not connect

    I was able to pair a Sky 4.0 (Android 4.2.2) phone to my 2014 Prius 3, but can not establish a connection. Any ideas for a solution to this problem.

    Have you tried the obvious? Reboot the phone and re-pair the phone if necessary.

    Yes...I re-booted the phone and re-paired. The phone is paired with the Prius but will not connect.
