TIS comes up with code P3030 which means the BMS has a wiring issue.

Pull out the hybrid battery and ive found the big orange plug going into the BMS ecu has suffered corrosion. The wiring has started to melt so I need a replacement. I also opened up the ECU and its started to affect the pins inside too. Tricky to repair that so replacement ecu required as well.

In the UK, gen1 parts are getting harder to source so ive put out some requests to see if someone can supply these parts.

    Any suggestions welcome. 20201016_161136.jpeg 20201016_160402.jpeg 20201016_143241.jpeg

Update. Managed to get a loom and ecu in near perfect condition. I've now discovered 4 modules sitting at 0.22v so I'm charging / discharging to see if they will come back to life.

Note: I'm using an RC charger to achieve this on individual modules.
