    You're looking for the newer style front bumpers? If you swap that out, you'll have to change the hood, front bumper, and headlights, maybe even the fenders.
    They do make a front bumper kit for the 2012, but I haven't seen it in a while. Your best bet would be to google front bumper 2012 Prius C.

    I personally always did like this Sportivo TRD front bumper clip kit:
