Boot on prius not opening.

    My prius 2014 64PLATE
    BOOT LOCK NOT OPENING ALL DOORS ARE OPENING ONLY BOOT LOCK NOT OPENING TRYED TO OPEN MANUALLY AND IT GOT OPENED. WHEN I LOCK MY CAR I CAN HEAR MACHANISHM NOISE IN ALL DOORS BUT MY BOOT LOCK DOESN'T MAKE ANY LOCKING / UNLOCKING NOISE. IT LOOK LIKE Tailgate Locking Mechanism not making any noise.
