Toyota does a customer satisfaction survey with a new car purchase right? I bought my car a week ago, how will I get the survey? Mail? email? Anyone have the details on this?

UPDATE: I received a letter in the mail with instructions to go online to fill out the Toyota Survey. The letter seems to be mailed a few weeks after the car purchase.

Actually that is someone you may want to look into, every new purchase should have one soon after. there are stories of dealers filling out the surveys for you in attempts to keep their scores high... Dealerships know no bounds lol

interesting, they probably intercepted it. the purchase did not go well at bernardi toyota in framingham mass. i will not be going back, but 3 1/2 years later, it's not worth trying to investigate.
funny, now that i think of it, we've had 7 toyota's, and i don't ever recall filling one out. (but i'm 60 )

Bernardi Toyota is like B&H for Honda parts, big online retailer. Maybe for Toyota too?

After a month and a half, we're still waiting for ours. If we ever get it, the dealership won't be pleased.

I recieved multiple emails including followup emails to ensure I did the survey on my new RAM's purchase...

I had it in for a minor warranty issue and once again multiple emails..

I responded to both and answered the surveys..

Maybe Dodge/ Fiat/ Chrysler is more concerned than toyota for customer satisfaction...?

    :(

    ;)

It is odd how owners on here seem to not be getting the surveys? I've always heard that dealerships live and die by those surveys?...

I get survey emails from Toyota every time I go into the dealership. The are pretty persistent too. The sales people ask you to fill it out when you get it and called me to remind me to fill it out. I get them for every service too. Considering I have been driving 30,000+ mile a year for the last 3 years, that is a whole lot of surveys.

I used to work at Boch Toyota in Norwood. I used to be proud of that. Not sure how things are there any more, though. It was over a decade ago. I used to contact them when I was planning to buy something, do a road trip out, etc... but I don't know anyone there any more, so they don't seem to care anymore.

i think so. ernie junior spends more time with his garage band and other stuff, leaving the operations to the same managers as other dealerships. they still sell a ton of cars though!

Likely to not-so-satisfied customers that probably won't return but that's in 5-10 years so who cares, right? (I don't know these guys, I'm just generalizing...)
