it's too early to tell. So far it's been as low as 40 degrees outside.

I don't know which cellular network the Prime uses. But here's an update about remote climate. I forgot to leave climate on Auto (it was set to off) when I departed my car. So, while in my 14th floor apartment I tried remote climate, and as expected it failed. So I went back downstairs unplugged my car, then turned Climate back on to Auto, Got out of the car, re-plugged cable back in, and returned to my apartment. Tried remote climate and it worked with no issues.

Looks like I will be getting the Hypersonic Red Prime Plus with the Moonstone cloth interior. I reconsidered and preferred the Blizzard Pearl, but I will still be happy with red. Red might be easier to match in case of dings and scratches. I'm less excited about the Moonstone interior since it stains more easily than black, but I do think it looks nicer than the black and I could always get seat covers.
Anyone know the best way to lift stains out of the white cloth just in case?

I'll be picking it up in about a week and a half!

An ordinary hot-water carpet cleaner like a Bissel Little Green works well.

Could an owner take a quick measurement for me? I'm looking for the length from the inside base of the windshield to the hinge of the visor. This is for scoping out a windsheld sunshade. And I don't like the specially fitted ones, I like the generic folding ones.

    Thanks.

Wouldn't the windshield be the exact same size for any of the Gen4's? What are people buying for that series?

Update: I was waiting in my car for someone I gave a ride for and discovered the Clock, two clocks, mind you. The system clock and the dashboard clock, the dashboard clock not so important except for knowing if you're late for work. But the system clock could be more important because if it's not set correctly could cause a few problems with data transmission from the car to your smartphone. So I found mine set to Pacific Time Zone (I'm in eastern time zone) and also noticed there's a button to automatically synchronize the system clock via GPS, of which I did. I tried out the update of Charge management on my smartphone and it worked on the first try. ( hasn't been doing that on the first try) I will see if this has been the issue with Entune after all this time:D

Got my Prime Plus last Friday. I also have a Gen 3 liftback. I'm amazed how quiet the car is in EV mode. The Dunlop tires seem quiet too (I've not been a fan of Dunlops before). The car seems to have more power in EV mode than HV. My foot has to push the throttle further in HV mode to accelerate. The car always defaults to EV mode on startup. I notice the engine noise more in this car than my Gen 3. Maybe because the car is overall quieter. There's less space to put stuff. I kind of liked the flying buttress. The shifter was right there, had an overhead illumination light, and the storage space under it was nice. Miss that. The Prime shifter is in an odd location. The Prime interior is nicer; not so plain. Not a fan of the white trim though. Still getting used to all the display options and bells and whistles. The car seems bigger as in wider. Don't know if it is or not.

Picked up my red Prime this past Friday and immediately put it in the garage and went on a road trip with family to see more family.
I love the color; it's so much brighter than the red on my '04 Altima. Only drove it for about 20 min and took one picture. So far it's a lot quieter, with a smoother ride. Only one mildly annoying difference is the rear headrests limiting some rear viewage. More pictures and thoughts to come!

Does the app you use to pre-warm your car require that the battery be charged to a certain level? I may be forced to primarily rely on the hybrid system, since I live in a condo with a shared garage. I'm wondering whether I'll be able to make use of that feature.

-16 outside as I type this.

Never thought I would be at this point, but today my Prime is in sight. My dealer said it is being made Jan. 30th, will arrive at the end of Feb. and be ready for me to pick up March 10th. I know that seems like a long time to some of you but before today I was looking at late summer or fall. It is a silver advanced with black interior. My time in the "fly over support group" will now be limited. Can't stop smiling.
