Your confusing this hijacked post with the op. Understandably as it made this thread very hard to follow.

I'm getting this same issue as well. I had my inverter pump replaced under the recall about 5 months ago. The pump seems to be making vibrations I can feel on the tube to the coolant tank, and the lights don't come on right away, only after the car has been running for 20-30 minutes. Even when the lights are on, the car drives normally. I suspect the pump may be working at less than full capacity or something is preventing optimal cooling of the inverter... is there a way to tell or do I have to take my car to the dealer?

Open up the coolant tank next to the inverter and look inside while the car is running. You should be able to see ripples on the surface, showing that there is fluid flowing.
