    - Currently needs an oil change (maintenance light on)
    - the red warning symbols appears every once and a while when I brake or turn too hard ???
    - terrible mileage

Will need plenty of help, thanks for being here guys!

Easiest way to tell if it is touring, if it has 16 inch wheels it is, if it has 15 inch wheels it is not. The rear spoiler is longer on touring.

Best of luck! Welcome to PriusChat!

Usually, you are low on some fluid, most likely oil, that gets too low when g-forces push it horizontally. Try topping up low fluids: oil, engine coolant, inverter coolant, (same fluid, different loop) brake fluid, washer fluid, etc. if they look low.

If it is new to you, clear all trip odometers and measure gas mileage again.

Yup, he was serious about checking the oil. If you are low enough to trigger the light on corners, you are in the danger zone. Top off until you do that needed oil change!

Doy tune up. Pretty easy. Spark plugs pvc valve oil trans fluid air filters but when you get that red triangle have a diag done at an auto zone its free if you go to toyota theyll charge you like 100 bucks. The triangle could be your 12v. Also check your tire pressure that can affect gas milege as well. My guess tune up an new 12v an tire pressure check. The amount of air for tires are on your drivers side door i believe tells you back tire pressure an back. Make sure your tires are these pressures to get the best gas milege
If you need help on the tune up let me know. Iam a female an did it myself.

Thank Honey2017!!! I started a new thread with for my NEW A/C ISSUE ::sarcasm:: & MPG issues because it definitely was a low amount of oil that was triggering the red triangle. But my problems now could be battery related. I can't tell yet. Im getting absolutely mad at the fact that this might end up going back to the dealership. Community, help!...

The good news is that you should be able to tackle any of the systems on the Prius for $1k or under by diagnosing and doing the work yourself. If battery, read up on replacing bad cells yourself. They can be bought for $40-50 a piece online. I think there are 35 or so of them in the battery pack.

Easiest way to tell touring (from a distance) is 16" wheels have 7 spokes (15" regulars have only 6 spokes) - (just sayin') BTW Welcome to PriusChat! (OK, I know I'm late to the party (…so what's new?)) you'll love it here, some great people, and a few old curmudgeons like wot I am! ;)
