BT Tech Purchased and concerned

    Hi all,
    I purchased a BT TEch stiffening plate from the store about a week ago. I received a confirmation email saying that the order was placed.

    Since then I have heard nothing. I also tried to contact priuschat via their online form, but have not heard back.

    Can anyone help....who to contact or what to do next.

    Do a search for PriusChat Shop - there are many reported problems and cautionary tales.

    I don't even think the stupid online form works...

    I bought something from them a couple of months ago, and I NEVER heard from them.

    Luckily, my order came... eventually. >_>

    You can PM me your order info and I'll check into it. Unfortunately, BT products have been shipping very slowly since May.

    Looks like they got rid of all the threads warning people about the lack of communication of the prius shop.

    Not exactly. I did go through and "invisiblized" any threads about closed issues. I'll do the same with this thread once we have confirmation that the OP's stiffening plate has shipped.

    The good news is that we're going to start stocking the BT products ourselves within the next couple of weeks so that we're not dependent on 3rd party shipping sources. It's a movement that we'll be making across the board over the next few months with all the products we offer.

    That is good news. Any word on finding a Tom's supplier yet?

    I sent you a couple of PM's awhile back that still show as "unread", not sure if there is an issue there or not. You might have had server issues or something with the move.

    I am not accusing you of anything, but I am curious why you "invisiblized" any threads reporting problems with the PC Shop. It seems to be a very common problem. Shouldn't potential customers be aware of these problems?
