I recently (about 5 months) change the inverter coolant pump on my 2008 prius. And by month ago it starts showing the engine light with P1121 code.

I was wandering if I didn't bleed the bubbles of the system properly, that could cause the error?

Also have p0420 for a while, I try to clean the catalyst sensor but it shows the code again. How could I solve that and they could have any relation?

It might be possible for bubbles in the engine coolant system to lead to a P1121—I've never tried that.

But bubbles in the inverter coolant system cause that code? No. The systems are separate.

How many miles on the vehicle, or the upstream and downstream sensor(s)?

Are you able to use techstream to diagnose the vehicle?
