    That's just about the miles that all hell can break loose.......... Head gasket to blow anytime....plus brake failure and traction battery.... mine was perfect till 200,000 then all down hill after that...... (actually water pump went out at 169,000 so if anywhere around that or less get a new one.)
    The cars are unreliable and very High $$$ to repair and not just anybody will work on them.

    Don't see how you can judge a car with only 40,000 miles..... any car should be good with that low miles......... and the head gasket WAS NOT resolved in 2014.
